Description: The financing and performance of the local financial institutions reyisten fundamentally important for economic development. Growth requires be financed and the economic growth rate is a direct function of the volume of financing. The source of financing if it is external or local and the form of performance of public institutions and priyadas also have explanations important in the structure of the possession of industry and business. In the sense of having the greatest potential, it is the flow of private capital from sources external resources that are invested in new plants and equipment. So far the main source of financing for industrial development has been, of course external private capital, and the country will continue to depend greatly of such investments if it is to recover and maintain satisfactory rates of growth economic. For example, an increase in the flow of private investment could lead to an increase in the growth rate of the economy, and directly lead to increases in government revenues and indirectly increases the chances of taking money borrowed by the government and the ability to honor the debt. On the contrary, flow of new private investment and the reinvestment of existing companies, this determined primarily by the promotional promotional activities and by the government subsidies, which are offered which in turn require resources from public funds
