| Abstract: | En el Ecuador y enfocándonos a la serranía ecuatoriana, múltiples problemas y dificultades afrontan los pequeños inversores al querer incursionar en el sector agrícola. Obstáculos de diversos tipos como: políticas agropecuarias, restricciones y lo que nos compete que es la falta de conocimientos tanto de administración empresarial como financiera hace que se limite o que si se pone en marcha un determinado proyecto, este no rinda lo que realmente se quiere. Existen avances en los sectores de la floricultura, fruticultura y la agricultura tradicional, sin embrago no se los a podido aprovechar al 100%. Por esta razón, es importante que antes de lanzarse a la ejecución de un proyecto de este tipo, se establezca un modelo efectivo de estructura de administración tanto empresarial como financiera que permita que un proyecto sea realmente viable y por ende la optimización de la producción y los recursos. La organización empresarial y un apoyo financiero adecuado enfocado al sector agrícola de la sierra ecuatoriana es importante ya que si utilizamos eficiente y cuidadosamente los recursos se obtendrán un mejor manejo de la tierra elevando así sus rendimientos |
