| Abstract: | La presente tesis es un proyecto para la Universidad Internacional SEK, la cual tratará temas relacionados con la comunicación, comunicación organizacional, comunicación interna y externa y relaciones públicas. Además de la importancia de la implementación de un método nuevo llamado Indagación Apreciativa dentro de la institución, como una forma de rescatar todas las fortalezas de la universidad para mejorarlas y mantenerlas, logrando fortalecer la identidad universitaria de sus miembros. Al igual que la necesidad de implementar un nuevo plan de comunicación interna para la Universidad Internacional SEK. Como primer paso la tesis de enfocará en el Marco Situacional de la universidad SEK, para conocer el contexto que se va a analizar, Posteriormente se tocará el tema de la Comunicación en general sus corrientes, importancia, barreras, comunicación interna y externa, relaciones públicas, además de hablar acerca del DirCom como eje principal de una organización. En el tercer capítulo se analizará el tema de comunicación organizacional en su totalidad, donde además se integran los temas de cultura, clima organizacional y motivación. Finalmente se presentará el proyecto de comunicación interna, con diferentes propuestas las cuales serán de gran ayuda para mejorar la comunicación interna, a más de establecer nuevos medios de información que beneficien a la institución por completo, tratando de que la separación que existe entre los dos campus deje de ser una barrera de comunicación física. En conclusión, este proyecto representa una contribución para el mejoramiento del clima organizacional y crecimiento total de la universidad, esperando que la imagen externa e interna se fortalezca por completo, consiguiendo la integración total de todas las personas que constituyen la Universidad Internacional SEK, superando las barreras de comunicación. |
| Description: | The present project is for SEK International University, which will treat topics about with the communication, organizational communication, internal and external communication and public relationships. Besides the importance of the implementation of a new method call Appreciative Inquiry inside the institution, like a form of rescuing all the strengths of the university to improve them and to maintain them, being able to strengthen the university identity of their members. The same as the necessity to implement a new plan of internal communication for the SEK International University. As first step this project it will focus in the Situational of the university SEK, to know the context that leaves to analyze, Later on the topic of the Communication it will be played in general their currents, importance, barriers, internal and external communication, relate public, besides speaking about the DirCom like main axis of an organization. In the third chapter the topic of organizational communication will be analyzed in its entirety, where they are also integrated the culture topics, organizational climate and motivation. Finally the project of internal communication will be presented, with different proposals which will be of great help to improve the internal communication, to more than 11 establishing new means of information that he/she benefits completely to the institution, treating that the separation that exists among the two campus stops to be a barrier of physical communication. In conclusion, this project represents a contribution for the improvement of the organizational climate and total growth of the university, hoping the external and internal image strengthens completely, getting the total integration of all the people that they constitute the SEK International University, destroying the communication barriers |
