Estudio de pre-factibilidad de un restaurante de comida típica costeña en el sector norte de Quito

Abstract

El proceso de nutrición se desarrolla en diferentes espacios fuera y dentro del ser humano, es por eso que este proyecto se basa en un Restaurante de comida típica Costeña, comida saludable ya que los platos serán preparados de una manera sana. La comida costeña es, indudablemente, un privilegio gastronómico para él más exigente de los paladares, por su incomparable sazón y por su exquisita variedad de sabores e ingredientes, que la convierten en una comida exótica, de reconocimiento mundial. Pocos países pueden ofrecer una selección tan completa de platos diferentes, basados en los gustos y tradiciones de las distintas regiones del país.

The process of nutrition is developed in different spaces outside and inside the human being, that is why this project is based on a restaurant of typical food Costeña, healthy food since the dishes will be prepared in a healthy way. The coastal food is, undoubtedly, a gastronomic privilege for the most demanding of palates, for its incomparable seasoning and for its exquisite variety of flavors and ingredients, which make it an exotic food, of worldwide recognition. Few countries can offer such a complete selection of different dishes, based on the tastes and traditions of the different regions of the country.
