Proyecto de pre factibilidad para la creación de un centro cultural taurino en la ciudad de Quito

Abstract

Con este proyecto se pretende dar a conocer la cultura y el arte que envuelven al mundo del toro, que lo representan y lo caracterizan despertando las más diversas pasiones y emociones; las mismas que llevaron a grandes pintores, escultores y literatos a realizar las obras que narrarían la historia taurina a lo largo del tiempo traspasando fronteras, por lo que saldrían de España para infiltrase en el mundo. Así se convirtió en parte de la historia de muchos de los pueblos colonizados por los españoles, amalgamándose con las culturas propias de cada región, hasta llegar a formar parte de la identidad de algunos de los países y ciudades latinoamericanas, que conservan en su sangre el sincretismo de sus culturas como una muestra de las más extrañas y encantadoras representaciones artísticas, donde se fusiona en ella, el toro y su fiesta. La tauromaquia invita a realizar un sinnúmero de actividades, donde el turismo no sólo no es la excepción, sino que es una de las características a ella relacionada, y también es una manera de encaminar a las actividades de ocio a un tema profundamente arraigado en la tierra y en los instintos. Así, presentamos un Centro Cultural temático, como una alternativa de entretenimiento para la ciudad de Quito. Se pretende concebir un lugar que envuelva dentro de sí las representaciones artísticas más diversas, desde pintura hasta danza, pasando por escultura y gastronomía, sin dejar de lado la literatura, el cine, etc; convirtiéndose así en un espacio de interacción para quien se dice un conocedor taurino como para quien quiere aprender más de este fascinante mundo. Se procura crear así, un espacio de libre expresión, que demuestre que la cultura es y podría ser una gran fuente de entretenimiento, sin encerrarse en un mundo para adultos, donde los niños y jóvenes también tengan su espacio para expresarse y conocer más acerca de los toros y de su arte, de la fiesta de la que cada uno de ellos también forma parte.

This project aims to publicize the culture and art that surround the world of the bull, who represent it and characterize it awakening the most diverse passions and emotions; the same ones that led great painters, sculptors and writers to make the works that would narrate bullfighting history over time crossing borders, so They would leave Spain to infiltrate the world. Thus it became part of the history of many of the peoples colonized by the Spaniards, amalgamating with the cultures of each region, until becoming part of of the identity of some of the Latin American countries and cities, which remain in their blood the syncretism of their cultures as a sample of the most bizarre and charming artistic representations, where the bull and its party are fused in it. The bullfighting invites to perform countless activities, where tourism not only is not the exception, but it is one of the characteristics related to it, and it is also a way to direct leisure activities to a topic deeply rooted in the land and in the instincts. Thus, we present a thematic Cultural Center, as an alternative Entertainment for the city of Quito. It is intended to conceive a place that involves within itself the artistic representations more diverse, from painting to dance, through sculpture and gastronomy, without forgetting literature, cinema, etc; thus becoming a space for interaction for those who says a bullfighting connoisseur for those who want to learn more about this fascinating world. The aim is to create a space of free expression, which demonstrates that culture is and could be a great source of entertainment, without being locked in a world for adults, where children and young people also have their space to express themselves and learn more about bulls and their art, the party of which each of them is also part.
