Los servicios aeroportuarios de la ciudad de quito y su impacto en el crecimiento del turismo

Abstract

Día a día, el turismo constituye una verdadera actividad generadora de recursos económicos que contribuyen al desarrollo individual, familiar, empresarial comunitario y nacional. Esta actividad, es posible explotarla cuando se cuenta con recursos naturales identificados, como la flora, fauna, la variedad y calidad de aspectos vinculados y derivados de la orografía, de la hidrografía, del clima, y de las riquezas culturales, donde los ríos, ritos y costumbres se convierten en curiosidades, atractivos o fuentes de conocimiento. El desarrollo del turismo, se da también cuando existen los medios para llegar a descubrir dichos atractivos, es decir cuando el transporte, las vías, los medios aproximan al turista hacia dichos atractivos, y es en este contexto donde las carreteras, los puertos, los aeropuertos, y en general la calidad de los servicios que brindan los medios de transportación son efectivos para atraer a los visitantes, o al contrario se convierten en limitaciones que interfieren en el desarrollo del turismo. En este contexto, por la naturaleza de mi especialización fue necesario investigar, descubrir y mostrar la incidencia del Aeropuerto " Mariscal Sucre " de Quito en el turismo. Para ello fue indispensable volver Al pasado y encontrar hilos en Ca evolución del aeropuerto, analizar la situación actual desde la óptica de los directivos, empresas aéreas, operadoras de turismo, agencias de viajes y turistas, para identificar una realidad que sin ser desconocida apoye y fortalezca las decisiones futuras, y así abrir una puerta al turismo, con criterios de calidad y con una visión optimista del futuro Turístico del Ecuador. La investigación bibliográfica y de campo, fue posible gracias a la predisposición positiva de quienes directa o indirectamente tienen niveles de responsabilidad con el actual aeropuerto, al igual que con el nuevo aeropuerto, sin embargo, también he debido superar dificultades y obstáculos porque aun se tiene temor de que los datos e informaciones tengan un mal uso. Este trabajo, es la materialización de un esfuerzo académico cuya fuente matriz es la esencia misma del ser y deber ser del turismo, es Ca razón de mis estudios, es la fuente motivadora de mi profesión y mi trabajo futuro, por ello este informe de investigación se constituye en un diagnóstico, claro y necesario que fortalece los argumentos para que se construya en el menor tiempo posible el nuevo aeropuerto, constituyéndose así en una puerta de acceso que sirva con calidad al turismo y se inserte en el mercado

Day by day, tourism constitutes a true generating activity of economic resources that contribute to individual, family development, community and national business. This activity can be exploited when resources are available identified natural resources, such as flora, fauna, variety and quality of aspects linked and derived from orography, hydrography, climate, and of cultural riches, where rivers, rites and customs become curiosities, attractions or sources of knowledge. The development of tourism also occurs when there are means to get to discover these attractions, that is, when transport, roads, media approaches the tourist towards said attractions, and it is in this context where roads, ports, airports, and in general the quality of services provided by means of transportation are effective in attracting visitors, or on the contrary they become limitations that interfere in the tourism development. In this context, due to the nature of my specialization, it was necessary investigate, discover and show the incidence of the "Mariscal Sucre" Airport of Quito in tourism. For this, it was essential to return to the past and find threads in Ca evolution of the airport, analyze the current situation from the perspective of managers, airlines, tourism operators, travel agencies and tourists, to identify a reality that without being unknown support and strengthen future decisions, and thus open a door to tourism, with quality criteria and with an optimistic vision of the future Tourist of Ecuador. Bibliographical and field research was possible thanks to the positive predisposition of those who directly or indirectly have levels of responsibility with the current airport, as with the new airport, However, I have also had to overcome difficulties and obstacles because there is a fear that the data and information will be misused. This work is the materialization of an academic effort whose source matrix is ​​the very essence of being and should be tourism, is Ca reason of my studies, is the motivating source of my profession and my future work, for this reason, this research report constitutes a diagnosis, clear and necessary that strengthens the arguments so that it is built in the minor possible time the new airport, thus constituting a door of access that serves tourism with quality and is inserted in the market
