Abstract: El presente trabajo propone un modelo de mejoramiento continuo para la reestructuración de Flor Glamour como una herramienta que permita gestionar sus actividades con criterios de excelencia, economía y eficacia a fin de incrementar su productividad, mejorar la calidad de sus procesos y generar un mayor impacto económico. Para el desarrollo del modelo se consideraron los siguientes objetivos específicos: Identificación de la empresa y de su mercado, determinación de fuentes de información, establecimiento de la estrategia de comercialización, estudio económico y realizar la evaluación financiera y social.
Description: This paper proposes a model for continous improvement in the restructuring of “Flor Glamour” as a tool to manage their activities with standards of excellence, economy and efficiency in order to increase productivity, omprove the quality or their processes and generate greate economic impact. To develop the model, the following specific objetives were considered; The Company idedntity and its market, identification of soures of information, establishment of a marketing strategy, study of economic performance and evaluation of both finnacial and social aspects. In application of the study, we considered the improvement of the processes of design, marketing and distribution of “Flor Glamour” products, in order to achieve the necessary increase in generated revenue through the sale of such products. As a result o the investigation it was determined that the models are the result of a study of success factors, with criteria for identifying strngths and opportunities for improvement, promoting the development of organizations. In conclusión, for the overall improvement of the proesses we muys analyze each and every one of the sggested techniques, the propor management of both financial and time investmens, the fulfillment of the business plan as prescribed and the implementation and use of modern tools such as social networks and computer technology that will help to spreas “Flor Glamour’s” products.
