El Alto Pita “una nueva alternativa al turismo ecológico”

Abstract

Al haber concluido con los cuatro anos de carrera universitaria me ha tocado escoger un tema para la tesis que será la conclusión de todos los estudios e investigaciones que he realizado; he llegado a la decisión de que lo que sin duda será un gran aporte es un trabajo de campo que será de gran utilidad tanto para mi vida personal como profesional y al mismo tiempo aportará de alguna manera al turismo en nuestro país. La investigación en este sentido me ayudará a conocer y explorar algunas áreas que no son muy conocidas pero que representan un gran tesoro que podemos aprovechar adecuadamente y que se convertirán por su belleza en destinos turísticos. Nuestro país esconde grandes riquezas en cuanto a naturaleza, paisajes, debido a que cuenta con inmensos recursos de todo tipo, y que si bien en la actualidad se los aprovecha pero solamente una pequeña parte de éstos. La investigación de campo es verdaderamente importante ya que es un área de estudio donde se relacionan los conocimientos adquiridos con la práctica, considero que esta investigación complementará lo estudiado durante estos cuatro años y será un 2 gran aporte para el turismo de aventura que empieza a crecer en el Ecuador. Es por eso que he considerado el tema de los recursos naturales que sin lugar a dudas nuestro país está lleno de sorpresas, por todas sus particularidades y su situación geográfica permite que cuente con características que le hacen que se destaque como un país especial, ya que posee diversidad de micro climas que en un solo territorio resulta imposible imaginar su existencia; de igual manera el Ecuador cuenta con gran riqueza biológica que ha sido reconocida desde épocas muy remotas y hoy en día es objeto de cuidadosos estudios por parte de científicos naturalistas de todo el mundo. Hay que reconocer y aprender a valorar todo lo hermoso que tenemos, podemos contar con gran variedad de motivos para que extranjeros de todo el mundo visiten nuestro espléndido país. Tenemos mucho que ofrecer y con gran variedad, desde los nevados más preciosos hasta las playas más exuberantes pasando por el encanto de la selva ecuatoriana, y todo esto en un mismo y pequeño territorio que el llegar de un lugar a otro es cuestión de pocas horas; esto solamente en lo que se refiere a recursos 3 naturales, sin olvidarnos de la cultura que es algo de lo que deberíamos sentirnos orgullosos, ya que en otros países ésta es casi inexistente; así mismo tenemos recursos arquitectónicos, como por ejemplo el centro histórico de Quito, que por todas las características que tiene fue nombrado Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad. Si nos ponemos a mencionar todos los recursos que tiene el Ecuador no podríamos dejar de sorprendernos por las maravillas que conocemos de él y todo lo que está escondido y que nos falta por conocer; y que sin saber cómo son los mismos extranjeros quienes vienen a descubrirlo para mostrarnos la riqueza de este pequeño país en el que vivimos y al que no le damos el valor que éste merece. Como ecuatoriana siento mucho orgullo de ser parte de esta riqueza y cada vez estoy más segura de que he escogido la carrera que va a permitir que mi país llegue a ser conocido como lo que realmente es, un sitio que ha sido beneficiado tanto natural como culturalmente y que cuenta con el carisma y la calidad de su gente. Es preciso que la comunidad tome conciencia de la importancia que la actividad turística tiene para el desarrollo de cualquier nación. Debemos saber que con el turismo tenemos generación de divisas, creación de puestos de trabajo tanto directos como indirectos, lo cual en la economía representa un factor indispensable. Y una vez que aprendamos a valorar los recursos que tenemos podemos tener la certeza de que estamos listos para que el turismo tome la dirección correcta y pueda desarrollarse en nuestro Ecuador.

That is why I have considered the topic of resources that without a doubt our country is full of surprises, for all its peculiarities and its geographical situation allows you to have features that make you stand out as a special country, since it has a diversity of micro climates that in a single territory it is impossible to imagine their existence; Equally, Ecuador has great wealth that has been recognized since very remote times and today in day it is subject to careful studies by scientists naturalists from around the world. You have to recognize and learn to appreciate everything beautiful that we have, we can count on a variety of reasons for foreigners from all over the world visit our splendid country. We have a lot to offer and with great variety, from the more beautiful snows to the most exuberant beaches going by for the charm of the Ecuadorian jungle, and all this in one and the same small territory that getting from one place to another is a matter of few hours; this only in terms of resources 3 natural, without forgetting the culture that is something that we should be proud, because in other countries this is almost inexistent; likewise we have architectural resources, such as For example, the historic center of Quito, which for all characteristics that it has been named Cultural Heritage of the Humanity. If we start mentioning all the resources that Ecuador has we could not help but be surprised by the wonders that we know about him and everything that is hidden and that we still need to know; and that without knowing how they are the same foreigners who come to discover it to show us the wealth of this small country in which we live and to which we do not give the value that it deserves. As an Ecuadorian, I feel very proud to be part of this wealth and every time I'm more sure that I've chosen the race that will allow my country to become known as what really is, a site that has been benefited both naturally and culturally and that has the charisma and quality of its people. The community needs to be aware of the importance that tourism activity has for the development of any nation. We must know that with tourism we have generation of foreign currency, creation of direct jobs as indirect, which in the economy represents a factor indispensable. And once we learn to value the resources that we have we can be sure that we are ready for Tourism takes the right direction and can be developed in our Ecuador.
