dc.description.abstractSe entiende por Capital Neto de Trabajo a las diferentes formas de administrar los activos corrientes y pasivos corrientes; los mismos que son considerados como la liquidez de una empresa. Para optimizar el manejo de dichas cuentas con una cantidad justa de financiamiento a corto plazo muchos administradores se basan en el principio de igualdad el mismo que establece financiar las necesidades de corto plazo con fuentes de corto plazo y las necesidades de largo plazo con fuentes de largo plazo; igualando el vencimiento de la fuente de fondos con la cantidad de tiempo en que los fondos se van a necesitar; siendo un factor relevante en la preparación de los presupuestos de capital. El análisis de los estados de fondos de efectivo y capital de trabajo son una parte importante para las decisiones de preparación de presupuestos de capital por lo que se deben incluir en la evaluación de cada proyecto. A partir de la crisis económica del país en los años noventa y nueve y dos mil gran parte del desarrollo económico se paralizó generando un clima de desconfianza que no ha permitido atraer inversión y reactivar las diferentes actividades económicas. Por ello hoy en día es importante poder determinar y evaluar los proyectos de inversión de los diferentes sectores económicos del Ecuador, tomando en cuenta que el turismo y su rama hotelera son la tercera fuente de ingresos para el presupuesto del Estado representando la maximización del Capital Neto de Trabajo un seguro para los futuros inversionistas. Esta investigación pretende determinar cual es la manera más adecuada de mantener el Capital Neto de Trabajo en el Hotel Isabela, a través de la optimización de diferentes factores de desarrollo como el tiempo, con el fin de evitar una iliquidez que aumente el riesgo.es_ES
dc.description.abstractNet Working Capital is understood as the different ways of managing current assets and current liabilities; the same ones that are considered as the liquidity of a company. To optimize the management of such accounts with a fair amount of short-term financing, many administrators rely on the principle of equality, which establishes the financing of short-term needs with short-term sources and long-term needs with long-term sources. term; equaling the expiration of the source of funds with the amount of time in which the funds will be needed; being a relevant factor in the preparation of capital budgets. The analysis of the cash and working capital statements is an important part of capital budgeting decisions, so they should be included in the evaluation of each project. Therefore, it is important today to be able to determine and evaluate the investment projects of the different economic sectors of Ecuador, taking into account that tourism and its hotel branch are the third source of income for the State budget, representing the maximization of Net Capital.
