Abstract: El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad la Integración del sistema de producción Toyota y las Normas Internacionales ISO, Integración de sistemas de gestión Industrial ISGI y obtener beneficios como la simplificación de los conceptos, para su aplicación en la parte industrial. En la primera parte de este documento se mencionan los objetivos y justificación que respaldan el trabajo realizado. A continuación se detalla la teoría en la cual se sustenta el informe tratando al ISGI como una herramienta que simplifica e incluye varios procesos de mejora continua. El tercer capítulo hace referencia al diseño de varios indicadores basados en la Norma ISO que permiten tener mucha flexibilidad en diferentes áreas de una compañía, además de aportar datos importantes como la frecuencia y como con su cumplimiento podemos lograr que una empresa sea más rentable. El capítulo cuarto inicio la relación de los 14 principios toyota y los 8 principios de ISO agrupándolos en cinco ejes principales: Programa de Calidad de Lanzamiento, Involucramiento del Equipo, Nivel de Calidad, Estandarización y Calidad de Proveedores Integrados. En el capítulo quinto se muestran, la interrelación de los cinco ejes explicados en el capítulo anterior y adicionalmente la estrategia de desplegar la información a todos los niveles de una compañía a través del Balance Score Card, de cada eje la aplicación del ciclo de mejora continua en función del resultado obtenido. La administración visual fácil de aplicar y entender para conocer rápidamente que cual es el estado de cada una de las categorías a evaluar en función de lo que deseamos medir esto está íntimamente relacionado con los objetivos generales de la empresa y de cómo cada uno de los colaboradores debe gestionar su función para conseguir los mismos, finalmente están las conclusiones que explican de manera detallada la importancia y simplificación de un sistema que sin duda puede ponerse en práctica en la industria.
Description: The hereby document looks for applying the Operational Reliability to WFG Department of General Motors Omnibus BB Company and obtaining benefits as the plant availability increasing, generation of operative savings and reduction of shutdown time due to equipment on charge of the department. At the first part of the document are mentioned the objectives and justification which support the executed work. It is followed by the abstract of the theory which sustains the inform treating the Operational Reliability as a tool that involves several continuous improvement process, based on the compliance of the company objectives and therefore of its mission and vision considering it as highly important for General Motors Omnibus BB Company, due to we meet the core corporative values. The application meets the purpose of management improvement and planning optimization, execution and plant process control allowing to obtain the established objectives. The third chapter makes reference to the creation of WFG Department, its mission, vision and corporative objectives, besides its main functions and responsibilities. Since the fourth chapter until the eighth it begins to make relations between the Operational Reliability basic concepts with WFG applying it to its four main axes: process reliability, equipment maintainability, human reliability and equipment reliability. Following that, in the fourth chapter it is applied reliability tools as the Criticality Analysis (CA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and the Root Cause Analysis (RCA). In the fifth chapter it is shown the process which rules every single WFG activity, process optimization and the large implemented work in the achievement of automation. In the sixth chapter it is applied the total productive maintenance (TPM), showing the different types of maintenance considered by WFG. The seventh chapter is related to the tool utilized to develop the human team and finally the eighth chapter is presents the reliability, maintainability and availability indicators obtained for the equipment under the department responsibility.
