Abstract: El turismo es uno de los sectores económicos más importantes y dinámicos en el mundo actual, tanto por su nivel de inversión, generador de empleo, apartador de divisas; como por la participación al desarrollo en general. En el Ecuador el Turismo desarrolla un rol muy importante, tanto es así que en los últimos estudios económicos realizados en nuestro País, ocupa el tercer ingreso económico, con una tendencia de crecimiento bastante elevada. Ecuador cuenta con una extensa variedad de atractivos turísticos en todas sus Regiones, Costa, Sierra, Amazonia y la Región Insular, la diversidad cultural y étnica que tiene cada una de estas, ha permitido que tanto la empresa privada como la pública inviertan en programas y proyectos turísticos. Pese a la gran riqueza turística que posee nuestro País aun es necesario plantear una serie de n estrategias para el incremento de la demanda y oferta turística. Es por eso que el presente Trabajo pone a consideración un proyecto cuyo objetivo principal "Es la Promoción Turística del Ecuador a través de un Centro de Información" En el primer Capítulo he considerado importante realizar una Reseña Histórica del turismo en nuestro País y en el mundo, su evolución, y la importancia de este como una actividad económica y de beneficio Social. Esta actividad se inicia como consecuencia del desplazamiento de las personas a diversas partes del mundo utilizando distintos medios de transporte. En el segundo Capítulo se describe el inicio del los Centros de Información Turística y la necesidad imperante para las personas que viajan quienes requieren de una información completa de los distintos servicios turísticos que presta el lugar a donde llegan. Es por eso que estos Centros Turísticos deben contar con requerimientos básicos e imprescindibles como son la dotación de un espacio físico de fácil acceso a todas las personas, información documentada, clara, precisa y sobre todo entregada por personal capacitado que a demás de esto se brinde un servicio de calidad y calidez. Para el tercer Capítulo se realizó un estudio de mercado en base a años históricos turísticos a su vez proyectándoles a estos hacia años futuros. En este estudio se utilizaron varios métodos de investigación para la obtención de la información necesaria como: Sondeos, entrevistas expertos, análisis de la oferta, el análisis de la competencia, análisis de la demanda y una estructuración del marketing en base al proyecto utilizando las 7 P'S: Producto, Precio, Plaza, Promoción, Evidencia Física, Gente, Procesos. En el aspecto administrativo parte del cuarto Capítulo realicé un trabajo de elección del personal, formación de un organigrama, descripción de cada uno de los puestos y sus funciones respectivas, se estableció un reglamento interno de la empresa con su respectiva documentación, se analizó la capacitación del personal para la capacitación del cliente etc. En la parte legal se buscó toda la información de los requisitos para el funcionamiento del Centro de Información con asesoramiento de la CAPTUR, la CMT y el Ministerio de Turismo. En el estudio técnico se analizó el sitio de ubicación en conjunto con la programación arquitectónica el diseño físico del proyecto, se analizó el dinamismo económico del área (Ciudad de Quito), la relevancia del conjunto geográfico, climatológico,, el turismo y la cultura. También se realizó un cronograma de actividades para el desarrollo funcional de este Centro. En base al estudio técnico, administrativo y legal se realizó el Capítulo Cinco, el estudio financiero con la finalidad de establecer, la viabilidad del Proyecto. Se estableció una inversión inicial previa á la ejecución del Proyecto, se determinó que este financiamiento se lo obtendría a través de la Corporación Financiera Nacional (CFN), (montotiempo- interés, cuotas y pagos anuales). Se hizo un balance General contable, analizando los principales ingresos, egresos (Costos y Gastos). Se determinó el presupuesto del proyecto obteniendo como resultados la Utilidad Operacional, el retorno de la Inversión es decir los pagos para la CFN, como también el incremento o ganancia del Capital Invertido por parte del Proyecto. También se obtuvo una tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) porcentaje esencial para determinar la viabilidad del Proyecto finalmente se emprenderá con el proyecto trazado determinado si los objetivos planteados fueron completamente cumplidos.
Tourism is one of the most important and dynamic economic sectors in the world current, both by its level of investment, employment generator, foreign exchange divider; as for the participation in development in general. In Ecuador, tourism plays a very important role, so much so that in the last economic studies carried out in our country, occupies the third economic income, with quite high growth trend. Ecuador has an extensive variety of tourist attractions in all its Regions, Costa, Sierra, Amazonia and the Insular Region, the cultural and ethnic diversity that each one has of these, has allowed both private and public companies to invest in programs and tourism projects. Despite the great tourist wealth that our country has, it is still necessary to propose a series of strategies to increase the demand and tourist offer. That is why this Work puts into consideration a project whose main objective "It is the Tourist Promotion of Ecuador through an Information Center" In the first Chapter I considered important to make a Historical Review of tourism in our Country and in the world, its evolution, and the importance of this as an activity economic and social benefit. This activity begins as a result of the displacement of people to various parts of the world using different means of transport. The second chapter describes the start of the Tourist Information Centers and the imperative need for people who travel who require information complete of the different tourist services provided by the place where they arrive. That's why these Tourist Centers must have basic requirements and essential as are the provision of a physical space easily accessible to all people, Documented, clear, accurate information and, above all, delivered by trained personnel that In addition to this, a quality and warm service is provided. For the third Chapter, a market study was carried out based on historical tourist years in turn projecting them towards future years. In this study, several methods were used of investigation to obtain the necessary information such as: Probes, interviews experts, supply analysis, competition analysis, demand analysis and a structuring of marketing based on the project using the 7 P'S: Product, Price, Square, Promotion, Physical Evidence, People, Processes. In the administrative aspect part of the fourth Chapter I made a work of choice of the staff, formation of an organizational chart, description of each of the positions and their respective functions, established an internal regulation of the company with its respective documentation, training of personnel for customer training etc. was analyzed. In the legal part, all the information on the requirements for the operation of the Information Center with advice from CAPTUR, the CMT and the Ministry of Tourism. In the technical study, the location site was analyzed in conjunction with the programming the physical design of the project, the economic dynamism of the area was analyzed (City of Quito), the relevance of the geographic, climatological, tourism and culture. A chronogram of activities for the functional development of this Center. On the basis of the technical, administrative and legal study, Chapter Five was carried out, the study with the purpose of establishing, the viability of the Project. An initial investment was established prior to the execution of the Project, it was determined that this financing would be obtained through the Corporación Financiera Nacional (CFN), (montotiempo- interest, fees and annual payments). A general accounting balance was made, analyzing the main income, expenses (Costs and Expenses). The budget of the project was determined obtaining as results the Utility Operational, the return on investment is the payments for the CFN, as well as the increase or profit of the Invested Capital by the Project. It also obtained a Internal Rate of Return (IRR), an essential percentage to determine the viability of the Project finally, the planned project will be undertaken if the objectives set They were completely fulfilled.
