Abstract

En la antigüedad, la recreación apareció apartir de las acciones diarias laborales y fue evolucionando con el paso del tiempo hasta la actualidad: pasando por civilizaciones como Grecia, donde el deporte recreativo solo podían llevarlo acabo los hombre libres que no trabajan, en Roma, toma otro significado, donde el descanso y recreación del espíritu era necesario después del trabajo para recuperarse y volver a trabajar. El hombre es un ser con una serie de necesidades que requiere satisfacerlas para lograr una realización, los mismos que interactuan unos con otros en un entorno que lo van creando y cambiando con diferentes conceptos e ideas, los cuales definen y construyen su espacio artificial, el mismo que se estructura en un sistema espacial.

In the antiquity, the recreation appeared apartir of the daily labor actions and was evolving with the step of the time until the present time: happening through civilizations like Greece, where the recreational sport could only take it the free men who do not work, in Rome, it takes another meaning, where rest and recreation of the spirit was necessary after work to recover and return to work. Man is a being with a series of needs that requires satisfying them to achieve realization, the same ones that interact with each other in an environment that they create and change with different concepts and ideas, which define and build their artificial space, the same that is structured in a spatial system.
