Description: Ecuador has undergone several changes during the last six years, which have generated a new scenario in which the economy behaves and handles differently in our country. Of the changes that occurred in the research period, there was no historical - documentary analysis, which details within the consumer portfolio that occurred with the institutions and groups that comprise it, despite the fact that today it has become the portfolio in which the news, laws and attention of the different actors of the National Financial System have focused, which requires paying attention to their performance and observing the true importance of their impact in order to understand what the future could generate. performance of this portfolio in our country. The research generated an analytical historical record of how the different events that occurred during the study period impacted. It is recommended to monitor the different financial entities that make up the National Financial System.
