Diseño arquitectónico de una hostería comunitaria en el Chaupi

Abstract

El proyecto básicamente es una analogía de la arquitectura colonial que es un estilo traído del viejo continente en en el siglo 18 durante la conquista española. El objetivo principal del planteamiento urbano- arquitectónico es generar espacios enriquecidos en detalles y ambientes propios de la arquitectura colonial, pero con un nuevo sistema constructivo que permita tener espacios funcionales, habitables y contemporáneos, pero a la vez plasmados de historia. Ecuador es considerado un país amable y respetuoso con la naturaleza. La construcción de una nueva forma de convivencia entre el ser humano y el medio ambiente permite que los ciudadanos podamos alcanzar el “Buen Vivir o Sumak Kawsay”, evidentemente al generar un Turismo Comunitario que mantenga la armonía entre los seres humanos y el patrimonio natural. El turismo comunitario cubrirá las necesidades de la población del Chaupi a través de la construcción de la Hotería Comunitaria como centro turístico, generando nuevas plazas de trabajo para los habitantes y permitiendo el desarrollo integral de la parroquia. La Hostería Comunitaria planteada está rodeada de áreas cultutales, de ocio y convivencia; permite el acceso libre a los pobladores de la comunidad y que el turista que la visita pueda mantener contacto directo con la forma de vida de los habitantes del Chaupi, que conozca e interactue con la cultura, las costumbres y las tradiciones propias de la zona.

The project is basically an analogy of colonial architecture that is a style brought from the old continent in the 18th century during the Spanish conquest. The main objective of the urban-architectural approach is to generate spaces enriched in details and environments typical of colonial architecture, but with a new construction system that allows functional, habitable and contemporary spaces, but at the same time shaped by history. Ecuador is considered a country friendly and respectful of nature. The construction of a new form of coexistence between the human being and the environment allows citizens to achieve the "Good Living or Sumak Kawsay", obviously by generating a Community Tourism that maintains harmony between human beings and the natural heritage. Community tourism will cover the needs of the Chaupi population through the construction of the Community Hotline as a tourist center, generating new work places for the inhabitants and allowing the integral development of the parish. The proposed Community Hosteria is surrounded by cultural, leisure and coexistence areas; It allows free access to the residents of the community and the tourist who visits it can maintain direct contact with the way of life of the inhabitants of Chaupi, who knows and interacts with the culture, customs and traditions of the area.
