Centro de desarrollo comunitario – agrícola para la parroquia de el Chaupi

Abstract

El Chaupi, parroquia ubicada a faldas de Los Illinizas, con gran po-tencial turístico, ganadero y agrícola siendo una de las parroquias más importantes en la producción de leche, (que en la actualidad es vendida directamente a las grandes empresas ubicadas en el sector) la población no se beneficia directamente de estos tres puntos de desarrollo. La parroquia tiene espacios que sirven para el intercambio cultural de la misma, pero la plaza central donde se realiza esta actividad está en deterioro, así se empezó el proceso para diseñar un Centro donde se pueda realizar actividades culturales, educativas y agríco-las para sus pobladores. Centro que les permita su propio desarrollo, un centro que los mis-mos pobladores se han de apropiar de él. En el primer capítulo se analiza por completo a la parroquia de El Chaupi, se realiza una visita obligada para así poder conocer los problemas existentes en la parroquia, se estudia social, económica y territorialmente teniendo como resultado final el Cuadro de Pro-blemas de la parroquia, el cual nos ayudó a definir y a Justificar nuestro proyecto de tesis, Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario – Agrícola. Además se define el Plan de Trabajo para terminar el Proyecto de fin de carrera. En el segundo capítulo la Conceptualización, conceptos que definen lo que es y cómo se debería entender lo que es un Centro de Desa-rrollo. El capítulo tres hacemos el estudio de la población, cantidad de po-bladores, tanto por género y por edad, se realiza el estudio del Me-dio Físico de la Parroquia, y terminamos con definir el Rol de la parroquia ayudándonos a nuestro tema de tesis. El capítulo cuatro estudio de referentes arquitectónicos que con la metodología seguida nos ayuda para el diseño del Trabajo de Fin de Carrera.
