Diseño de una red de equipamientos culturales para la ciudad de Sangolquí

Abstract

El presente trabajo de fin de carrera tiene como objetivo desarrollar una propuesta urbana – arquitectónica, analizar la situación actual de educación y cultura de la Ciudad de Sangolquí tomando en cuenta el déficit del área cultural , se propone vincular los diferentes equipamientos existentes y nuevos con el fin de generar un eje articulador . Generamos una red de equipamientos culturales con el objeto de abastecer la demanda para la Ciudad de Sangolquí, creando una zona de transición y dando así un filtro a la zona patrimonial de Sangolquí, conectando equipamientos existentes con áreas verdes y de recreación. Se propone potenciar la cultura del sector, con la intención de brindar un espacio accesible para que los niños y jóvenes puedan desempeñar diferentes actividades después de la escuela y el colegio

The aim of this final thesis is to develop an urban - architectural proposal, analyze the current situation of education and culture of the City of Sangolquí, taking into account the deficit of the cultural area, it is proposed to link the different existing and new facilities with the order to generate an articulator axis. We created a network of cultural facilities in order to supply the demand for the City of Sangolquí, creating a transition zone and thus providing a filter to the heritage zone of Sangolquí, connecting existing facilities with green areas and recreational areas.
