Description: | One of the main actors in international trade, are the intermediaries, their basic function is to serve as connectors between the bidders and demanders, within this concept of intermediation is the brokerage of business, the business broker acts as an intermediary between the companies that are for sale and investors looking to buy companies. The presence of qualified business brokers in the market is essential for the effectiveness of the market. Today, the market for buying and selling small and medium enterprises in Ecuador does not present truly qualified business brokers, generating as a consequence that transactions are carried out in a very informal way, due to the lack of efficient communication flows between buyers and sellers, nor adequate advice on the sale of a particular company. Sunbelt raises the solution to this problem by serving as a business broker among small and medium-sized companies, finding an incomparable business opportunity by serving a market that is mostly held captive. That is why the objective of this research is to evaluate the feasibility of establishing the US business brokerage franchise "Sunbelt" in the Metropolitan District of Quito. |
