Diseño arquitectónico de un centro de actividades deportivas y recreativas en la parroquia de Llano Chico en la ciudad de Quito

Abstract

El proyecto se desarrolla en la zona nororiental de la ciudad de Quito, en la parroquia de Llano Chico. A partir de un estudio a nivel parroquial, se han determinado las necesidades y déficit de equipamientos que posee la parroquia de Llano Chico, dando como resultado, una gran ausencia de espacios deportivos y recreativos para toda la parroquia. Con el objetivo de mejorar el déficit de dichos espacios, el presente trabajo de investigación propone el diseño arquitectónico de un Centro de Actividades Deportivas y Recreativas. En base al análisis urbano del sector de estudio, se planteó una propuesta urbana que pretende revitalizar la zona donde se implantará el proyecto arquitectónico, a través de la implementación de recorridos verdes que unifican todo el plan masa, los cuales fomentan el uso de medios alternativos de transporte como la bicicleta mediante ciclovías y rutas de trote, incentivando el deporte en la parroquia. El proyecto arquitectónico se desarrolla en torno a la revelación de los espacios deportivos y recreativos a través de los recorridos arquitectónico, de esta manera, el usuario interpreta que es y qué debe hacer según cada espacio dentro de todo el proyecto

The project is developed in the northeastern zone of the city of Quito, in the parish of Llano Chico. From a parish level study, they have determined the needs and deficits of equipment owned by the parish of Llano Chico, resulting in a great absence of sports and recreational spaces for all parish. With the aim of improving the deficit of said spaces, the present work of research proposes the architectural design of a Sports and Recreation Activities Center. Based on the urban analysis of the study sector, He proposed an urban proposal that aims revitalize the area where the project will be implemented architectural, through the implementation of green paths that unify the entire mass plan, which encourage the use of alternative media of transport like the bicycle by bikeways and trotting routes, encouraging sports in the parish. The architectural project is developed around the revelation of sports spaces and recreational through the routes architectural, in this way, the user interpret what it is and what it should do according to each space within the entire project
