Abstract

La ciudad de Santo Domingo es un punto estratégico para el intercambio comercial, por ser el paso obligatorio entre Sierra y Costa, la población ha aprovechado el comercio existente y ha migrado a la ciudad para empezar un negocio, pero al no contar con recursos económicos para adquirir un local, se apropiaron de la única calle peatonal que hay en la ciudad, por esta razón se propone darles un espacio que cuente con la infraestructura adecuada para sus actividades y se aprovecha para dar a la ciudad un espacio verde de recreación que ayude a cubrir el déficit actual.
