| Abstract: | La presente tesis de investigación cuyo tema es: “IMPACTO ECONOMICO DEL INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE COMPRAS PÚBLICAS SOBRE LA PEQUEÑA Y MEDIANA INDUSTRIA DE QUITO”, tiene como fundamento analizar las diferentes variables presentadas por informes por parte del sistema nacional de compras públicas, variables obtenidas a través de la investigación realizada por el autor e información pertinente que se permita recopilar. Dichas variables que se tomaron en cuenta para recopilación y análisis del efecto económico del INCOP sobre las empresas en Quito son: El ejercicio económico, El entrono competitivo, El crecimiento global de la empresa, actividad industrial, capital humano, competitividad, demanda vs desempeño y salarios para nombrar algunas, de esta forma y mediante un análisis se puede determinar qué efecto ha tenido la plataforma del INCOP dentro del sistema nacional de compras públicas con la economía nacional a través de la recopilación de una muestra en el sector (Cantón) más importante de comercialización con el estado que es Quito y en base a resultados que este genere, de aquí se podría proyectar a un efecto general en el Estado. El análisis dentro de esta tesis nos permite la visión de cada uno de los procesos que se realizan en el sistema de contratación pública y el efecto que cada uno de estos tiene en la ciudad y el país. Y por último se puede concluir si la incorporación del sistema fue de importante afección en la economía en una forma positiva o negativa, progresiva o decreciente y agresiva o neutral |
| Description: | This research thesis whose theme is: "ECONOMIC IMPACT OF THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC PURCHASES ON THE SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED INDUSTRY OF QUITO", is based on analyzing the different variables presented by reports by the national public procurement system, variables obtained from through the research carried out by the author and pertinent information that is allowed to be collected. Said variables that were taken into account for compilation and analysis of the economic effect of INCOP on companies in Quito are: The financial year, The competitive environment, The global growth of the company, industrial activity, human capital, competitiveness, demand vs performance and salaries to name a few, in this way and through an analysis can determine what effect the INCOP platform has had within the national system of public procurement with the national economy through the collection of a sample in the sector (Canton) most important marketing with the state that is Quito and based on results that this generates, hence could be projected to a general effect on the State. The analysis within this thesis allows us the vision of each one of the processes that are carried out in the system of public contracting and the effect that each of these has in the city and the country. And finally, we can conclude if the incorporation of the system was an important condition in the economy in a positive or negative, progressive or decreasing and aggressive or neutral |
